Current assessment information is for fiscal year 2013, with an assessment date of January 1, 2012. Property data is current through June 30, 2012. Ownership information is current through October 31, 2012.

Since the statutory assessment date for fiscal year 2013 is January 1, 2012, any changes that have occurred in the real estate market during 2012 are not reflected in the FY2013 assessments, as any change in property values that occurs during 2012 will have occurred after the assessment date. FY2013 assessments reflect the real estate market as it existed in late 2011. The real estate market as it existed in late 2012 will be reflected in the fiscal year 2014 assessments, based on a statutory assessment date of January 1, 2013. Those assessments will be finalized and made available on this site in December 2013.

Information on both current and prior year tax rates can be obtained by accessing our web page. Please note that the FY2013 tax rate will not be available until after December 13, 2013, and therefore actual FY2013 assessed taxes cannot be calculated until then. In the interim, use the FY2012 assessment and corresponding rate to determine the most recent actual tax amount.
