Assessing Department. We are located in Room 202, Lynn City Hall, 3 City Hall
Square, Lynn, MA 01901. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, and 8:30 a.m.
to 12:30 p.m. Friday. Information on how to contact us is available on

Current assessment information is for fiscal year 2010, with an assessment date of January 1, 2009.
Property data is current through June 30, 2010. Ownership information is current through June 30, 2010.
Since the statutory assessment date for fiscal year 2010 is January 1, 2009,
any changes that have occurred in the real estate market during 2009 and 2010 are not reflected
in the FY2010 assessments, as any change in property values that occurs during 2009 and 2010
will have occurred after
the assessment date. FY2010 assessments reflect the real estate market as it existed
in late 2008.
The real estate market as it existed in late 2009 will be reflected in the fiscal year 2011 assessments, based on a statutory
assessment date of January 1, 2010. Those assessments will be finalized and made available on this site
in December 2010.

segment of the parcel ID indicates the map number for the parcel.

property information may have changed after this listing was created. Ownership
changes are continually being updated, as are data changes from new

summary listing, including parcel identification, ownership information, use
code, and assessed valuation, is available to the general public. Hardcopy
printouts of the listing are available for $100.00 each. A downloadable Excel
file is also available for $50.00. Mailing addresses for current owners are

Information on both current and prior year tax rates can be obtained by
accessing our web page. Please note that the FY2011 tax rates will not be available
until late December 2010, and therefore actual FY2011 assessed taxes cannot be calculated until then.
In the interim, use the FY2010 assessment and rate to determine the most recent actual tax amount.
